Modern mass-market furniture uses chemical-glued MDF that swells in Pakistan's monsoon humidity. At Bakhtawar Furniture, our carpenters still use traditional Chiniot carving chisels, mortise-and-tenon joints, and hand-rubbed organic oil sealants.

Do you use 100% solid wood or is there MDF / Lasani used inside?
We strictly manufacture in 100% solid timber — primarily Pakistani seasoned Sheesham (Tahli), Royal Walnut, and Golden Teak. We never use MDF or particle board in our core frames.
How long does a made-to-order furniture piece take to deliver?
Standard catalog items take 10 to 14 business days for seasoning, joinery, polishing, and final inspection. Custom bespoke designs take 2 to 3 weeks.
Do you deliver outside Lahore (Karachi, Islamabad, etc.)?
Yes! We offer nationwide insured wooden-crate delivery across Pakistan including Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Karachi, Faisalabad, Multan, Sialkot, Peshawar, and Quetta.
Can I customize the polish shade (Dark Walnut, Natural, Antique)?
Absolutely. Every product can be customized in Natural Honey Sheesham, Deep Royal Walnut, Dark Espresso, or Matte Antique finish at no extra charge.
